- We ask that you ensure proper fit PRIOR to washing.
- Too tight? Make sure to give your Joey a good break in before reaching out.
- Return window is 60 days from date of purchase.
- We will accept returns for Joeys that are New, Clean, Original Condition (not altered), Unwashed, and have been stored in the Original Packaging.
- The Joey must be stored in it's box to avoid picking up scents from your home if you plan to exchange.
- You will be responsible for return shipping and any reshipment costs for exchanges that are due to incorrect measurements, sizing info, or shipping address.
- If your exchange returns to us in unsellable condition there will be a $35 replacement fee.
- Examples of unsellable condition: smoke, pet hair, strong scents or odors, spills, baby spit up or other bodily fluids, attempts at cutting tags or altering, etc.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER? We require that you upload a photo with your Joey measurement or sizing reference at time of order to be eligible for a replacement or refund for any orders placed outside of the USA.
