  • We ask that you ensure proper fit PRIOR to washing.
  • Too tight? Make sure to give your Joey a good break in and take a peek at the Tips & Tricks on Instagram before reaching out. 
  • Return window is 30 days from date of delivery.
  • We will accept returns for Joeys that are New, Clean, Original Condition (not altered), Unwashed, and have been stored in the Original Packaging. 
  • The Joey must be stored in it's box to avoid picking up scents from your home if you plan to exchange.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping and any reshipment costs for exchanges that are due to incorrect measurements, sizing info, incorrect shipping address, and for International Customers.
  • Customers may receive ONE exchange.
  • If your exchange returns to us in unsellable condition there will be a $40 replacement fee withheld from the refund.
    • Examples of unsellable condition: smoke, pet hair, strong scents or odors, spills, baby spit up or other bodily fluids, attempts at cutting tags or altering, etc. 
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER? We require that you upload a photo with your Joey measurement or sizing reference at time of order to be eligible for a replacement or refund for any orders placed outside of the USA. International returns will be responsible for return shipping costs. Duties/ taxes cannot be refunded.
