Refund policy

We want you to LOVE your Joey and will work tirelessly to ensure you are thrilled with it! We ask that you ensure proper fit PRIOR to washing. If your Joey is less than groovy- let us know so we can remedy it! Email us at theguroos@hippiejoey.com .

Full refund (sans shipping fees, duties, and discounts) will be issued when returned within 30 days from date of delivery that are New, Clean, Original Condition (not altered), Unwashed, and have been stored in the Original Packaging. Refunds will be withheld for any Joeys not returned in the above stated condition. View our full return policy here. 

International: Returns/ exchanges are only eligible for customers that provided a photo at time of order. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will absolutely do our best to make sure you are happy!
