Shipping policy

Transit and Lead Times:

Each Joey is individually, CUSTOM made on demand, as part of our eco-friendly/ high quality approach and such a thing takes time and LOVE. Check website header for most up to date fulfillment times. Once your order is fulfilled- the shipping speed you select at checkout will come into play. We cannot guarantee transit times determined by your selected courier.

International Import Fees:

Joey travels WORLDWIDE! Import fees/taxes may apply for your country - if they are not taken at checkout there will be fees due upon receipt of your Joey. Returns/ exchanges are determined on a case by case basis due to logistics & high shipping fees. But we will absolutely do our best to make sure you are happy! We do require international customers provide a photo of your measurement or sizing reference photo in order to be eligible for a replacement or exchange. International customers will be responsible for return shipping.

Claims:

USPS Shipments: Your parcel is automatically insured for $100. If you are ordering multiple Joeys, please reach out to us if you wish to purchase additional insurance. USPS claims will require a affidavit signed by you that the shipment was lost, damaged, returned to sender erroneously, or delivered but not received. 

UPS Shipments: Your parcel is automatically insured up to $100 for loss. If you are ordering multiple Joeys, please reach out to us if you wish to purchase additional insurance.
