Joey ships WORLDWIDE! (*a few select areas may not be covered) He loves to take long boat rides, or kick back on a flight on his journey to your home. We are so excited about how many international customers we have, and want to make sure that you are informed on every aspect of ordering, delivery, and support. 

Due to the custom nature of our product, we require a photo of you for sizing reference at time of order to be eligible for a warranty replacement or refund. Ideally, this would be a photo of you taking your measurement. This helps ensure we get you the perfect fit on the first try! Here's how to find your Joey measurement.

We collect the import duty and tax at checkout to make it easy and convenient for you! However, please note, if for any reason duty and tax is not collected at checkout those fees will be due upon delivery. 

Exceptions are Australia and New Zealand, and possibly The Philippines and Singapore, which have a low or no duty/tax threshold.
